Sundus Alhosani the Jeweller

Sundus Alhosani first became interested in jewellery as a child, and watched videos to try and learn skills. With no opportunities to train in the UAE, she was delighted at discovering she could compete in October, after performing well at Emirates Skills. She placed third in her category, with only a few days to prepare, testimony to her natural aptitude. Sundus is hoping for a medal at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, and is seeing the benefits of a dedicated attitude towards her training.
